One can never tell where the name of former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson will pop up next. A serious claim was made during the recent trial of Abubakr Raheem in New York, a member of the Cash Money Brothers gang, who is standing trial for allegations of driving a getaway car after turf-war killings.

Dwayne Meyers, a witness for the government and a former member of the Cash Money Brothers gang, said Tyson put up $50,000 for a hit on gang members that were suspected of killing his close friend and bodyguard, Darryl "Homicide" Baum.

Baum was killed in June of 2000, and Tyson was looking for revenge. The alleged contract was never carried out.
