The prosectors' office in Los Angeles announced on Thursday that former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson would not face any charges for a scuffle that took place on November 11 at Los Angeles International Airport. Our friends at TMZ.com sent word that the City Attorney officially rejected the case citing "insufficient evidence."
Tyson and the photographer were arrested last month for battery after a bloody scuffle broke out. Tyson was with his wife and child and claimed the photographer would not leave them alone. He felt threatened when the photog refused to back off and sent him to the floor with a single punch. The photographer was cut from the fall and went to the hospital to receive stitches. No charges are being brought against the photographer.
