It's his toughest challenge, by far. "My boxing future will be decided at Madison Square Garden on June 9," said world champion Miguel Cotto who takes on hard-punching Zab Judah on Top Rank's mega 'X-Plosive' Pay-Per-View event.
Judah has promised he will knock down Cotto, take his belt, be the Grand Marshall the next day at the Puerto Rican Parade in New York City.
Cotto shrugged that off at a press conference earlier this week at Madison Square Garden.
"It's a big fight, but that stuff is not going to happen," Cotto said. "As far as Judah goes, his bus has come and gone. He picked the wrong guy for his comeback fight.
"I am physically and mentally strong. I will be ready for anything Judah brings to the ring," Cotto said.
Cotto vs. Judah will be presented by Top Rank and Prize Fight Promotions. Cotto vs. Judah will be available on HBO Pay-Per-View.
