Yes, there is a Wednesday night fight card taking place in downtown Los Angeles at Exchange L.A.

Steve Bash, the head of Boxing Boxing, explained to BoxingScene.com,"Basically I ended up doing an MMA show at the same venue. I've used this venue four times for a new MMA company called 'Combate Americas' and they do a great T.V. production and so we've got this great venue and the lighting is still up. So I thought,'Well, let's try an get a boxing show in there.'

"The only problem is that it's a real popular nightclub, as well, so Friday's and Saturday's aren't available so we had to do a mid-week show."

Bash went to work quickly to formulate this 10-card show.

"I just made a couple of calls around to some local trainers and managers and see if they wanted some fighters on the card,"said Bash.

The bill will include the likes of Ryan Garcia, who's making his Stateside debut and three boxers managed by Egis Klimas (who handles the careers of Sergey Kovalev and Vasyl Lomachenko): Madiyar Ashkeyev, Enriko Gogokhia and Askhat Ualikhanov.

Doors open at 6 pm, and first bell is schedule for 6:30.
