EBU light heavyweight champion Igor Michalkin (15-1) now has Frenchman Hakim Chioui (30-3-1) as mandatory challenger. The EBU are now calling for purse bids and they will be opened at noon on October 21. Michalkin is based in Hamburg and promoted by EC Boxing.
