Former world title challenger Michael Jennings, 36-3 (17), has hooked up with Oldham-based trainer Joe Gallagher in a bid to get back amongst the welterweight titles.  'The Lurcher' lost to Miguel Cotto in a 2009 WBO vacant welterweight title meeting.  Jennings notched up a pair of wins before losing via a fifth-round to Kell Brook in September 2010, the Chorley man has not fought since.

A former British and WBU titlist, the 34-year-old is ticking over in Gallagher's Gym and waiting on news of his next fight date.
