According to several reports, Olympian Michael Conlan will make his second professional appearance in his home city of Belfast in August.
The featherweight, 27 years old, will fight outdoors at Feile an Phobail in west Belfast.
No opponent has been named although Russia's Vladamir Nikitin, who controversially defeated Conlan at the 2016 Olympics, is understood to be in the frame.
Both Conlan and Nikitin are promoted by Top Rank.
Top Rank signed Nikitin with the goal of matching them in a rematch in the pro ranks, but Nikitin has looked very vulnerable in his recent fights and has yet to score a knockout as a pro.
The West Belfast festival runs from August 1-11.
Conlan last fought back in March, when he won a ten round unanimous decision over Ruben Garcia Hernandez at The Theater in Madison Square Garden in New York City.
"These are the people I grew up with," Conlan said.
"This is the community which, anywhere I go in the world, has my back."
Since turning professional after the Rio Olympics, Conlan has won all 11 bouts, with six of those coming by knockout.
Because he signed on with Las Vegas-based Top Rank, most of his fights have taken place in the United States although he did return to Belfast last June to secure a points win over Adeilson Dos Santos at the SSE Arena.
