According to the Nevada Appeal, IBF championships chairman Lindsey Tucker said Monday that Mayweather may get stripped the outcome of a hearing, set to take place on Thursday in Las Vegas. The Nevada State Athletic Commission will hold a 10 a.m. hearing on Thursday at the State Building in Las Vegas in order to review tapes of the 10th round riot which took place during Saturday's pay-per-view battle between Floyd Mayweather and Zab Judah at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas.

Itw as reported that IBF president Marian Muhammad will attend the NSAC hearing and then choose the course of action.

"We can recognize Mayweather as champion. We can vacate the belt. Zab may keep the title. Or we can order a rematch," Tucker said. "Our policy has been that once somebody comes into the ring, that's an automatic disqualification. Nevada is an exception. It's the only state I can think of where it's up to the referee."

Bruce Trampler, the matchmaker for Top Rank, said that there will no rematch between Judah and Mayweather. He said that Bob Arum is looking to match Mayweather against WBO welterweight champion Antonio Margarito.

"It doesn't really matter. Bob Arum said Floyd will fight Antonio Margarito next. Floyd was beating the s---out of him (Judah)," Trampler said. "There's no reason to hold a rematch because of the controversy."

As most know, the riot began after Judah hit Mayweather with a lowblow, prompting Mayweather trainer and uncle, Roger Mayweather to enter the ring and go after Judah. Upon Roger's entrance, Judah's trainer and father, Yoel Judah stormed the ring and pucnhed Roger Mayweather, causing the camps of both fighters to storm the ring and begin throwing punches. Don King, has photos and tapes of what appears to be Roger Mayweather choking Zab Judah against the ropes. Order was restored by casino security and numerous police officers.
