According to WBC rules Floyd Mayweather and Carlos Baldomir have completed the 30-day weigh-in requirement for their Saturday November 4 Welterweight Championship and submitted the results to the WBC for confirmation. Yesterday, Goossen Tutor Promotions learned that both fighters are within the weight limit and have been officially cleared to fight.
