(NABO) announce the unanimous decision of NABO to sanction the Maurice Hooker vs. Eduardo Galindo fight for the vacant WBO NABO Junior Welterweight Championship Title on Friday, June 26, 2015, 8 p.m. at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Downtown Dallas. The winner of the NABO Championship will garner an automatic Top 12 ranking into the World Boxing Organization (WBO) monthly world ratings.

Hooker was originally scheduled to face Southpaw Karim “KC” Martinez. Martinez withdrew from the fight earlier this week due to an injury.

The Undercard Promotions Friday Night Fights will showcase a battle between two top boxing warriors. The fast rising, undefeated Dallas native Maurice “Mighty Mo” Hooker boasts a record of 17(13)-0-2 and an impressive KO rate of 68.42%. Hooker has been a featured boxer on The Undercard reality show since inception and has worked in camp with Miguel Cotto, Ruslan Provodnikov and Ray Beltran. With an equally impressive record of 10(7)-0-1 and a KO rate of 70%, Eduardo Galindo is from Tijuana, Mexico and was the National Mexican Champion.

In addition, this World-Class Fight Night card will showcase up to 48 rounds of boxing. The bout card features undefeated boxers Maurice Hooker, Eduardo Galindo, Enver Halili, Raul Cespedes, Carlos Adame, Jr., Fernando Garcia and Hector Valdez. Local favorites, Tony Mack and Manny Rojas will round out the evening’s card.

The media and fans are welcome to attend the Weigh-In which will be Thursday, June 25, 3 p.m. at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, Arena Floor.

Hooker vs. Galindo is a 10-round WBO NABO Junior Welterweight championship promoted by The Undercard Promotions, LLC. Tickets are on-sale at BoxingUndercard.com beginning Friday, May 22. Ticket prices start as low as $20 and go up to $125 at ringside. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. CST with the first bout scheduled for 8 p.m. CST.
