Middleweight maestro Marvelous Marvin Hagler says boxing fans worldwide deserve to finally see the anticipated fight between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao.

Marvin, one of the many stars at the World Boxing Council's ongoing 52nd convention at The Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas, remains a hungry fighter, especially if someone is foolish enough to block his path to the restaurants.

"I don't think it's too attractive [of a fight] right now for me. I feel that we had Pacquiao being tested [by other top fighters] already and stopped [by Juan Manuel Marquez], so I think the favor goes a little more to Mayweather [in terms of the winner]. Boxing is a very difficult game and very strange and weird. So anything can happen with the right promotion. They'll probably get it going and make that two hundred million [dollars]."

So does Marvin think that whoever wins it, has to be fair and grant the rematch if it's a good and a close fight, because he himself didn't get the rematch he wanted with Sugar Ray Leonard?

Marvin rolls his eyes, winces, groans and laughs, pleading:

"Let's not go there! But I believe the public deserves that [fight]...if it happens?"
