Another fight, another win for Mariana 'La Barbie' Juarez.

The future Hall-of-Fame female fighter stopped former world titleholder Alesia Graf   Saturday night at the Palenque INFORUM in Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico. With the win, Juarez successfully defended her WBC World Female bantamweight title.

Saturday's clash was between two fighters who are 37 years of age and likely past their primes, but Juarez, who resides in Mexico City, demonstrated she was the dominant fighter and still has a few more years left in the sport.

Juarez (47-9-4, 18 knockouts) was the aggressor from the opening bell, backing Graf and putting her on the defensive. The former junior bantamweight world titleholder did put her punches together, but they had little impact on Juarez.

As the bout continued, Juarez continued to break Graf down. The fighter from Stuttgart, Germany received punishment to the head and her face reddened by the amount of punches Juarez landed.

Graf (29-7, 13 KOs) was deducted a point in round five from referee Abdiel Barragan for hitting on the break.

The end of the fight came at 24 seconds of the sixth round when Graf told Barragan she was not able to continue, citing an injury.

Juarez has now won her last four bouts.

"I would like another world title defense," said Juarez after the fight. "We could look at unifying the bantamweight titles or facing a world titleholder at 122 pounds. That's up to my promoter."

"Mariana has demonstrated being one of the best female fighters in boxing," said promoter Oswaldo Kuchle, head of Promociones del Pueblo. "I don't think any bantamweight beats Juarez. I'd like her to move up and face the world titleholders at junior featherweight."

Bantamweight Aaron Alameda (21-0, 11 KOs) stopped Juan Jimenez (25-13, 17 KOs) at 2:24 of the second round.

2016 Mexican Olympian and bantamweight prospect Elias Emigdio (4-0, 2 KOs) stopped Emmanuel Cerda (9-9-2, 2 KOs) at 38 seconds of the fourth round.
