Former world champion Mariana “Barbie” Juarez (38-7-3, 16KOs) presented her calendar for 2014 in Mexico, and she has ambitious plans for the coming twelve months.
Dressed in black Juarez chatted with the media who atended the confernce.
“It’s not easy to do this, but I have the support of all my family. And my parents are proud of everything I do, inside and outside of the ring.
“I have new plans. I want to be a sports comentator and I have a project to appear on TV. I want to keep doing this...but without putting my career in jeopardy. I hope to return boxing in February”.
Mariana wants to become world champion again which is why she’s already training for her upcoming fight and plans to continue preparations at the Otomi Ceremonial Center.
