NEW YORK - A relaxed and quiet Antonio Margarito made his prediction that Miguel Cotto will get knocked out for the second time later tonight at Madison Square Garden. Margarito won the first fight in July 2008, stopping Cotto in the eleventh round. But Margarito's win has been tained after his handwraps was found to have a plaster-like substance before a 2009 clash with Shane Mosley. Margarito revealed that Puerto Rican boxing fans have treated him well and some of them are even rooting for Cotto to lose.

"We are going to win by knockout and leave no doubt. I have not stopped eating like I've done from time to time. This is the best preparation of my career by training at the high altitude of Otomi. I've come well prepared. Cotto wanted the fight at 150 and then 152. I talked to Bob (Arum) and told him that he is a champion of 154 pounds and it was agreed 153. I think it is going to be worse for him [at 154]. I feel strong," Margarito said.

"His fellow Puerto Rican people have been very good to me. I'll tell you something, I have come across Puerto Rican people who do not like Cotto. A lot of people want me to win and they have told me."
