Unbeaten featherweight Manuel 'Tino' Avila will face Jose Ramirez on November 4, Golden Boy Promotions matchmaker Robert Diaz told BoxingScene.com over the weekend.
The 10 round bout will take place at the Belasco Theatre in Los Angeles, Calif.
The fight will headline a 'Boxeo Estelar' broadcast that will air live on Estrella TV, beginning at 10 p.m. ET/ 7 p.m. PT.
Avila (21-0, 8 KOs) is one of Golden Boy Promotions top unbeaten prospects. After mostly campaigning as a junior featherweight, the Fairfield, Calif. resident recently moved up to 126 pounds.
In his last bout on July 9, Avila won a one-sided 10 round decision over Prosper Ankrah.
Avila holds recent victories over Rene Alvarado and Erik Ruiz, but his best win as a pro was an August 2015 technical knockout over former world title challenger Yoandris Salinas.
Ramirez's most notable fights were against Vasyl Lomachenko, Abner Mares, and Oscar Valdez, all of whom stopped the fighter from Mazatlan, Mexico.
Ramirez (28-6, 16 KOs) has won his last three bouts against less-than-average opposition.
In co-feature action, unbeaten junior featherweight Emilio Sanchez will face hard-hitting Diuhl Olguin (11-4-3, 9 KOs) in an eight round bout.
Sanchez is managed by Frank Espinoza.
The November 4 Golden Boy Promotions card will be the latest installment of the 'LA Fight Club' series.
