The former world flyweight champion of the World Boxing Association (WBA), Panama's Luis "El Nica" Concepción, has returned to the gym with the aim of resuming his career after his recent upset loss to Mexico's Tyson Hernán Márquez. His attorney, Rogelio Espino, said he met with the boxer and they talked about his future.

"The goal of the Concepcion is to fight on the undercard of Celestino Caballero and Jonathan Barros, if the fight is staged here in Panama," said Espino. "We will make every effort to ensure that fight is done in Panama on June 4 and one of the participants of the undercard, depending on his training, will be Concepcion."
