Luis Alberto Lazarte, Ulises Solis Ends in a Majority Draw

At the Club Once Unidos in Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina, IBF junior flyweight champion Luis Alberto Lazarte (48-9-1, 18 KOs) fought to a twelve round majority draw with former champion Ulises Solis (32-2-2, 21 KOs). The scores were 113-113, 113-113 and 117-109 for Solis. 

Lazarte, the hometown hero, cost himself a decision win in what was a very close fight. He was fouling Solis at several points in the contest with punches to the back of the head. The ref took away two points from Lazarte for the fouls.
