Mexico's Silverio Ortiz suffered a cut above his eyebrow in training and withdrew from a scheduled fight with junior welterweight puncher Lucas Matthysse (29-2, 27KOs). The new opponent has been set, with veteran Ivan Valle (32-11-3, 28KOs) stepping in. Their clash will happen on February 10 at the Gimnasio Municipal Nº 1 in Trelew, Chubut, Argentina. Valle had previously been stopped by Mercito Gesta in two rounds in 2010, but won three in a row since then.
