In a highly anticipated rematch with Jeannine Garside, Brown is out to avenge her November 18 loss and, in her own words. "take back what is rightfully mine." A Ring of Their Own Partner Arnie "Tokyo" Rosenthal is also eager to see Brown and Garside mix it up again, and said, " I promised Lisa back in December that I'd give her a chance at redemption and I'm excited to see this re-match".
Brown is reluctant to speak too much about her training for the southpaw Garside but is ready to spread her brand of news when the two warriors meet again. About Garside holding the title, Brown says, "This belt is just on loan- it was a lottery night where her number was called and she got it. And I’m gonna go there June 23 and show the world that hey, November 18 was just one of those ordinary times when you could lose or you could gain, and it happened that I lost and now I’m going out to take back what is rightfully mine."
