Tomi Tatham will finally meet Liam Conroy (11-3-1, 3 KOs) later this year.

The pair were set to clash last year, at the Manchester Arena on September 24, in an official eliminator for the British light-heavyweight crown.

But that was scrapped after Tatham (11-1, 5 KOs) suffered an injury.

It has now been rescheduled, however, and will take place at the same venue on March 25, exclusively live on Sky Sports, as part of the undercard to the rematch between Anthony Crolla and Jorge Linares for the WBA, WBC Diamond and Ring Magazine lightweight world titles.

Steve Wood, Tatham’s manager, told Boxing Scene that the fight is on for that show and said that [the team] are awaiting confirmation as to the status of the fight in terms of it potentially, once again, being an official eliminator for the British light-heavyweight title which is currently held by Frank Buglioni.

'Scene revealed earlier this month that Martin J Ward will defend his British super-featherweight title in a trilogy outing against Maxi Hughes while it is understood that Marcus Morrison will also end up boxing on the card.

Also on the undercard, Kieran Farrell-managed duo Lee Clayton and Nathan Wheatley will feature over four and six rounds respectively.

Further details will be revealed in due course.
