Liam Williams will return to the ring in the autumn.
The Clydach Vale super-welterweight extended his unbeaten run in his last fight last month, exclusively live on BoxNation.
And Williams (15-0-1, 10 KOs), who stopped previously unbeaten Gary Corcoran to retain his British title at the Ice Arena in Cardiff, will once again fight on the aforementioned dedicated boxing channel when he makes his comeback.
‘Dully’ suffered a cut to the nose in his defeat of Wembley’s ‘Hellraiser’, but it won't keep him away from the ring, as many first thought.
He will box again on October 22 at the Motorpoint Arena in Cardiff.
No opponent has yet been revealed for the fight, nor have any titles, but it is understood that Williams’ promoter Frank Warren is looking to push his man up the WBO rankings, where he is currently placed at number nine, ahead of a potential future world title challenge.
Official confirmation of the show, from Frank Warren’s office, is expected in due course, along with the finer details of the headline contest and further names for the bill.
