Former undisputed heavyweight champion Lennox Lewis doesn't think David Haye wll find it very easy to overtake the land of the heavyweights. Haye challenges 7-foot Nikolai Valuev for the WBA heavyweight title on November 7. Haye has promised to knock Valuev out but Lewis is not so sure of Haye's boasts.

"If he uses his speed he can dance around Valuev. I actually thought Holyfield beat him (Valuev) and he's going to have trouble catching up to David. But if Valuev puts his weight on him, it's a lot to have to push off. David will be trying to hit these guys and knock them out, but these guys don't move easily," Lewis told Boxing News.

Lewis says the heavyweight division needs an explosion. There was a lot of hype behind Olympic gold medal winner Audley Harrison, a countryman of Lewis, but Harrison crashed harder than a car wreck with multiple defeats.

"The rest of the world needs to rebuild and catch up. I look at it like this - a champion erupts like a volcano and we're waiting for the next eruption. There isn't always glory at the end and only a few fighters that won the Olympics went on to win a heavyweight championship. He had a lot going against him because he was a late starter, but being able to win the Olympic gold is a great accomplishment," Lewis said.
