Adding more flesh to the already announced undercard of the Denis Lebedev vs. Youri Kalenga showdown, which will take place on April 10 in Luzhniki, Moscow, Russia, is another interesting match-up.

Recent debutant Dmitry Bivol (1-0, 1 KO), one of the most talented Russians to turn pro in recent memory, will take on former amateur standout and long-time pro veteran Konstantin Piternov (18-6, 9 KOs), a former national champion. Those fighters were previously scheduled to collide on March 1, but Bivol had to withdraw following some flu-like symptoms.

The undercard will also feature previously announced fights between cruiserweights Rakhim Chakhkiev and Valery Brudov, and Dmitry Kudryashov against Francisco Palacios, as well as a battle for a vacant IBO light welterweight title between KO artist Eduard Troyanovskiy (20-0, 17 KOs) and once-defeated Aik Shakhnazaryan (15-1, 6 KOs). Manuel Charr is also reported to take part in the show, promoted by the World of Boxing.
