Julio Cesar Chavez Jr and chief trainer Freddie Roach will hit San Antonio on Monday eve to get set for Latin Fury 15 at the Alamodome on Saturday, June 26.
"Chavez Jr is prepared and ready," Roach said today from the Wild Card Gym in Hollywood. "He has worked hard in the gym. He knows the importance of this fight."
Chavez Jr will take on Ireland's John Duddy in the main event. Duddy will arrive with his team on Tuesday in San Antonio. Duddy trained for weeks in the Pocono mountains in Bushkill, Pa., then spent the last three weeks training at Gleasons Gym in New York City.
"I only think about winning this fight - it consumes me," Duddy said.
The final press conference is Wednesday, 1:30 pm local time at the Alamodome.
