The Klitschko brothers are not even thinking about the possibility of fighting David Haye in the future. WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko, and Klitshcko manager Bernd Boente, told the Associated Press that Haye burned a bridge by pulling out from two set fights and it's highly unlikely that a fight with Haye will ever happen. Haye was scheduled to fight WBO/IBF champion Wladimir Klitschko in June and withdrew at the late hour. Haye claimed to have suffered a back injury but most believe he pulled out due to Setanta Sports going under. Haye was going to receive a lot of money as part of television deal with the network.
A deal was later worked out for Haye to fight Vitali Klitschko, but once again the British fighter pulled out at the last minute. This time around he and his handlers vanished without any word - and the Klitschko camp found out through press reports that Haye signed a deal to face WBA champion Nikolai Valuev on November 7. After signing the Valuev deal, Haye went on to bash the Klitschkos and their handlers in the press.
