A source close to Global Boxing Promotions has advised BoxingScene.com that undefeated heavyweight Mariusz Wach of North Bergen, N.J. is being seriously considered for a November meeting with universally-recognized heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko, who owns the WBC/WBA/IBO/IBF titles.
The 31-year-old Wach (25-0, 13 KOs) defeated Kevin McBride last Friday, ending matters in the fourth round with a single blow.
Global Boxing chief Mariusz Kolodziej, and Wach, are reportedly willing to accept the fight if the offer from K2 Promotions is financially fair.
