Wladimir Klitschko says there is no chance of him changing his 'boring' style when he takes on David Haye to unify the world heavyweight titles in July.
Haye has been critical of Klitschko's "jab, jab, grab" style, accusing him of killing boxing, but the Ukrainian says he will stick with his tried and trusted tactics and knock Haye out in the 12th round.
"It's going to be 12 rounds," Klitschko told Sky Sports News. "It's going to be long for David Haye and then in the 12th round I will knock David Haye out and he's going to be victim number 50 on my list.
"Boxing is not Russian Roulette; it's a game with a technique and strategy, like chess.
"Boxing is predictable, believe it or not. You have to make it check-mate when you want; I hope I can plan it for 12 rounds so I can enjoy it. And I hope this enjoyable lesson is going to be good for David Haye's life in the future.
"He's damn right - I can't really punch hard, I have no chin, no heart and I am boring. But you know what? I've been boring for the last 15 years of my professional career.
"Maybe I have experienced in the past something wrong or different, but first you have to respect your opponent and David Haye doesn't respect me whatsoever.
"He ignores me, he won't shake my hand, but that's OK. I am boring - but effective. He said the other 49 guys went to sleep because they got so bored by me; he said they got a big cheque, they got knocked out - and I will show David Haye is no different to them!"
