WBO/IBO/IBF champion Wladimir Klitschko continues to voice his concerns with David Haye's upcoming fight with 2000 Olympic gold medal winner Audley Harrison. Haye defends the WBA title on November 13 in Manchester. Klitschko defends on December 11 against undefeated British contender Dereck Chisora.
Klitschko is worried about Harrison's punching power, and Haye's suspect chin. If Harrison is able to land a single big blow, Klitschko expects Haye to fall apart. Klitschko has branded Haye a "coward" for avoiding a unification between the two of them.
"I believe that David Haye is probably a little bit faster than Audley, but there is good punching power that Audley Harrison has. I really hope, David, please don't get killed. Please don't get killed in this fight," Klitschko told Skysports' Ringside Show.
If Harrison upsets Haye, Klitschko will consider him as a future opponent because of the WBA title, which is the only heavyweight belt not owned by the Klitschko family. Big brother Vitali Klitschko has the WBC title.
"If Audley Harrison wins, which I think could happen, then we will follow through to get that last title that we don't have," Klitschko said.
