On January 25th at New York's Madison Square Garden, Artur Szpilka (16-0, 12 KOs) will battle Bryant Jennings (17-0, 9 KOs) in an HBO televised heavyweight battle of undefeateds. A lot of experts have already tabbed Jennings as the favorite to win - but trainer James Ali Bashir, who works with WBO/IBO/WBA/IBF champion Wladimir Klitschko, views the upcoming fight as a very close battle.
"I think this is a very even fight. This fight can be very brutal, very hard and you can't clearly pick a favorite. Probably most will side with Jennings, but in my opinion [Jennings winning the fight] is not [a lock]. For me, this is a classic 50/50 fight," Bashir said.
