Kid Galahad will fight again before the end of the year.

The 26-year-old former British, Commonwealth and European super-bantamweight champion has been added to a card this weekend.

Galahad (20-0, 11 KOs) was last in action on September 10, when he ousted Emiliano Salvini inside four rounds, exclusively live on Sky Sports Box Office, as part of the undercard to Gennady Golovkin’s middleweight world title defence against Kell Brook at London’s O2 Arena.

And now the Qatar-born fighter, who has won fringe WBC and IBF crowns since turning over in 2009, will get the chance to add to his ledger before the festive period after being confirmed as an addition to a Frank Warren-promoted card on November 26.

Galahad has been placed on the ‘A Little Less Conversation’ bill, at the Motorpoint Arena in Cardiff and is understood to be boxing over eight rounds. His opponent has been named as the well travelled Reynaldo Mora (7-19-1, 4 KOs) and the news of his addition to the bill was confirmed on Thursday morning in a post by Frank Warren’s official Twitter account.

"I'm delighted to be joining such a big show," said Galahad. "I'm itching to get back in the ring and do what I do best. This will be my first time boxing in Wales as a pro and I'm determined to put in a top performance and win over some new fans.

"There are some big fights for me in 2017 but first I need to overcome Reynaldo on Saturday. I want to end 2016 on a high and look forward to a busy 2017."

His addition comes just days after a double blow to the card as Ahmet Patterson was forced out of his challenge for the British super-welterweight title against Liam Williams after being attacked while out running and Billy Joe Saunders’ first defence of the WBO middleweight crown, against Artur Akavov, was postponed until December 3 in Paisley, Scotland after the Russian’s paperwork was an issue.

The bill still features four title fights, though, including one world title fight. Terry Flanagan makes the fourth defence of his WBO lightweight title against Orlando Cruz and Tommy Langford meets Sam Sheedy in a clash for the vacant British middleweight title.

Aforementioned Williams will still fight and is now set to come up against Hungary’s Gabor Gorbics with the vacant WBO European title at 154 pounds at stake, while Tom Stalker will defend his WBO European lightweight title against Craig Evans in a third fight between the pair. The score in that battle currently stands at 0-0-2.

Elsewhere on the card, there is action for Welsh trio Jason Sillett, Alex Hughes and Jay Harris, while Ricky Hatton-promoted duo Reuben Arrowsmith and Nathan Gorman will also feature alongside Wimbledon welterweight Louis Adolphe.
