Julio Diaz is confident he can score an upset win when he takes on Amir Khan on the Brit's UK comeback on April 27.  Khan's return fight has been confirmed for Sheffield's 12,000-capacity Motorpoint Arena on April 27.

"There are a lot weaknesses," Diaz told the Sun. "He can't take a punch and when he gets overwhelmed he tends to panic too much.

"I aim to make it a brawl. I won't be too technical or too pretty but it will be a real fight."

Team Khan have been searching for a suitable opponent for the first of two fights in 2013, but Ricky Hatton's conqueror Vyasheslav Senchenko and Josesito Lopez both refused owing to weight issues.

Diaz has also been operating a welterweight but has agreed to a catchweight of 143lb for the chance to fight Khan.

"I've been knocking on doors a long time and Khan is the fighter letting me in," added the California-based Mexican, whose ledger stands at 40 wins, seven losses and a draw.

Golden Boy Promotions will set the professional debut of Olympian Anthony Ogogo on the undercard. Amir's younger brother, Haroon Khan will make his pro debut as well.
