Kevin Johnson (29-4-1, 14 KOs), a former WBC title challenger and current sparring partner of Polish prospect Artur Szpilka (16-0, 12 KOs), is not that impressed with rising contender Deontay Wilder (30-0, 30 KOs). According to Johnson, he sparred with Wilder in the past and wasn't impressed with his showcased ability in their gym sessions.
"This boy can't [throw a] punch and he doesn't have skills. I had the opportunity to spar with him, and I know something about him. His camp is afraid to put him in a fight with me because they know he doesn't have anything for me," Johnson said.
