Guido Vianello began his career training under the guidance of Abel Sanchez up in the high altitude of Big Bear, Calif.  The pairing was good as Vianello went 4-0 but the heavyweight wanted a change and has now relocated to Las Vegas.

The 2016 Italian Olympian is now working with Kevin Barry who is best known for his work with former heavyweight champion Joseph Parker.  He has also guided fighters such as former champion Beibut Shumenov and former title challenger David Tua.

Vianello previously told BoxingScene.com that he was looking for more one-on-one time with his coach and that wasn't available in Big Bear where Sanchez has several fighters training almost around the clock.

Barry has been very impressed with what he as seen from Vianello, saying that he is a very hard worker.

"Look, I am very excited about working with Guido. He is a great human being, very hard working and diligent. For a young guy he is very mature beyond his years. He wants to be a champion. He is a very intelligent young man. He is someone I enjoy coaching because when I train him he practices it until he gets it. He takes his training very seriously. He ticks all the boxes. He is 6'6.5" and very athletic. Very flexible. He really wants to become a champion. I have to slow him down. He is always training early and always the last one to leave so I am very excited to work with Guido," Barry recently told BoxingScene.com.

Their fight together takes place in less than two weeks against an opponent to be named in the very near future.  Like his last fight, Vianello will fight on a Tyson Fury card in Las Vegas.

"I am excited about being on such a great card with Guido. He will beon the Tyson Fury card on the 14th of September right here in Las Vegas. It is a good opportunity for him," said Barry.
