Well known South African promoter Branco Milenkovic says he wants a title shot at the winner of this weekend’s WBC and IBF  unification battle between Devon Alexander and Juan Urango for his protégé Kaizer “Hammer” Mabuza who scored a stunning six round stoppage of highly fancied Kendall “Rated R” Holt in Atlantic City.

Mazuba who is ranked only No. 13 by the IBF stopped the No. 4 ranked Holt whom he punished from round three until Holt effectively remained on h is stool at the end of round six and quit in their IBF junior welterweight title eliminator.

Among Holt’s big wins in the past was a unanimous decision over Mabuza’s stablemate Isaac “Angel” Hlatshwayo in a North American Boxing Organization title fight in November 2006.

Mabuza was coming off a win against Sergey Fedchenko in an IBF Intercontinental title fight last September 17 while Holt's last fight was in April last year when he lost the WBO belt to Timothy Bradley.

With the win Mabuza improved to 23-6-2 with 14 knockouts and Milenkovic indicated he will push for a title fight for his fighter. The South African promoter wants to add to his current list of three world champions and believes Mabuza can become the fourth.
