Former champion Cornelius "K9" Bundrage reached out to BoxingScene.com to send a message to IBF junior middleweight champion Carlos Molina and undefeated contender Jermall Charlo who face each other Saturday on the Canelo Alvarez versus Alfredo Angulo pay-per-view undercard. Bundrage became the mandatory challenger to the IBF crown when he defeated Joey Hernandez in an eliminator in January.
"The wait is over! On Saturday I will find out who I will be taking my belt back from! The champ is back," Bundrage stated.
The Detroit, MI native said that he plans on having a big 2014. After facing the Molina-Charlo winner, he said that he wants to take on Canelo Alvarez.
"I have the mandatory #1 spot. The Dog is coming. After that I will be looking to face Canelo," Bundrage told BoxingScene.com.
