WBC junior welterweight champion Junior Witter (35-1-2, 20KOs) has tough bout coming up on September 7 with Vivian Harris (28-2-1, 18KOs), but is confident of victory and looking ahead towards Ricky Hatton (43-0, 31KOs) and IBF champion Paulie Malignaggi.
Witter tells The Voice that he would love to bring the fight to Malignaggi (23-1, 5KOs) by fighting him in New York's Madison Square Garden.
"I've got a tough fight in front of me which I'm not looking past but being undisputed world champion is a big ambition of mine. If Hatton wanted to fight me and was confident he could beat me, Ricky would have taken his chance against me by now," Witter said.
"If Ricky Hatton does not step up to the plate then I would love to fight Paulie Malignaggi and take him out at Madison Square Garden. I don't mind going to New York to fight him, I'll fight where ever it doesn't bother me. They build these Americans up and I'm ready to knock them down."
