The San Diego native and Team USA amateur Julius “Juju” Ballo will make his professional debut at featherweight against the undefeated Brandan Ayala at San Diego’s Sycuan Casino Resort on March 22.
Ayala, 19 years old, is 2-0, having stopped one of his two opponents.
The cousin of the 21-year-old Ballo – who is co-promoted by OTX and Top Rank – Jonny “Magic” Mansour fights Markus Bowes on the undercard.
Maliek Montgomery, who is also undefeated, fights Jeremy Hill, and Kurt Scoby confronts Bryan Jimenez.
