Julio Cesar Chavez Jnr is back. Again. The former middleweight contender, now 40 years old, improved to 56-7-1 (36 KOs) with a third-round stoppage win over Jhon Caicedo in Tamaulipas, Mexico.

A left hook dropped Caicedo onto one knee and he remained there until the referee had stopped counting.

Caicedo, from Colombia, fell to 13-2 (5 KOs). Chavez, incidentally, turned professional back in 2003 and it was his second fight back since a 10-round decision defeat to Jake Paul last June.
