Rocky Juarez kept his undefeated streak going and is closing in on a big money wrold stitle shot against Juan Manuel Marquez. Juarez took out former champion Guty Espadas with one big bomb. It only took two round and one left hook to put Espadas away. Juarez rises to 22-0-15K.

In what is considered a decent upset, unknown heavyweight Sergui Liakhovich defeated the guy most thought would be the next big thing at one point, Dominick Guinn, by way of a ten round unanimous decision  The scores were 96-94, 97-93 and 96-94. Liakhovich rises to 22-1-14K, Guinn falls to 25-2-18K.

Liakhovich exposed Guinn the same way Monte Barrett did, he showed that Guinn does not have that killer instinct to fight. Guinn is similiar in my mind to Michael Grant, the guy Guinn once defeated to become a respected prospect. Guinn has more tools then Grant but the end result is still going to be the same when you dont have that fighter mentality in the ring. Guinn was outworked, outlanded and outboxed by Liakhovich. Guinn has to seriously sit down and really think if Boxing is what he wants to do for a living.
