WBC super feathweight champion Juan Manuel Marquez weighed in at 128-pounds, challenger Rocky Juarez was 129. IBF featherweight champion Robert Guerrero was 127 1/2, 1.5 over the 126-pound limit. He was given two hours to make weight or stand the possibility of losing his title on the scales, challenger Martin Honorio weighed in at 126.
The Showtime televised card takes place at the Desert Diamond Casino in Tucson, Arizona.
Update: On his second attempt, an hour-and-a-half later, Guerrero weighed in successfully at 126 lbs.
