WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao will be ready to go on fight night, says his trainer Freddie Roach. Pacquiao defends the title on Saturday night against Joshua Clottey at Cowboys Stadium in Texas. Roach, speaking with Fox Sports, said Clottey has nothing in his boxing arsenal that scares him in the fight. Based on watching hours of tapes, he thinks Clottey does the same moves over and over in every fight.

"Nope, [he doesn't scare us]. He's very predictable. We know every move he makes. We've studied him for the last month. I'm tired of watching Clottey, but I'll maybe watch a bit more so I don't miss nothing," Roach said.

"We train the same every opponent. We don't take anyone lightly. We train condition-wise. Over the years, we watch the tapes and come up with different strategies. We are going to have sparring partners more conducive to the style of person we're fighting. We'll use speed guys, medium, strong guys, big guys to spar. So, we're coming at a basis pretty much so that whatever Clottey does bring, we'll be ready for him and we can make adjustments."

Some people are saying Clottey has nothing to lose in the fight. Roach doesn't believe that. He says every fighter has something to lose in every single fight. He is not overlooking Clottey. Roach expects the best Clottey on Saturday.

"The thing is I really don't believe in that. You have a lot to lose when you fight Manny Pacquiao. You could get knocked out. The pride of people is at stake Does Clottey have nothing to lose? He has a fight to lose. You need to win to have a future. Your future when you lose is not quite good as when you win. There's a lot more at stake than nothing to lose. The thing is I look at it that he has everything to gain. I expect him to be at his best. If I didn't expect that, I'd be a fool," Roach said.
