To have, or not to have sex while preparing for a scheduled boxing match?

The event will take place from April 24 to the 29th, and size does matter, because it’s attracting more than three hundred doctors from 89 countries.

Stimulating issues will include combating drugs, gum shields, women in boxing, wrist and hand injuries as well as psychological issues for young boxers.

But the one which really stands out, involves making ring war and not love. It’s going to involve a special focus group.

WBC President Jose Sulaiman who’s a dedicated family man has some stern, but fatherly advice which involves fighters NOT giving into romantic temptation.

He gruffly commented: “I agree with the old timers, who believe that when you are totally devoted to train for a fight, you should abstain for at least two weeks! Because whether we accept it or not, sex is a physically weakening factor. After all we want tigers, not pussycats!”
