Undefeated Jose "Sniper" Pedraza (17-0, 13 KO's) will face Mexico's Alberto 'Kichis' Garza (25-6-1, 20 KO's) for the IBO's super featherweight title on March 1, as part of an event being staged in Puerto Rico by Universal Promotions. Also on the card, Rey Ojeda (12-0, 7 KO's) will give a rematch to Fernando Torres (18-4-1 and 10 KO's), and hard-hitting Kenny Galarza (15-2 and 14 KO's) will return for the first time since October 2011 and takes on Mexico's Miguel Angel Munguia (29-30-1 and 25 KO's)..
