Unbeaten Jose “Chelo” Gonzalez already have rival for his June 3 fight in his hometown of Toa Baja, Puerto Rico, where he will headline the second edition of the series "A Puño Limpio" against Pipino Cuevas Jr. in a PR Best Boxing Promotions (PRBBP) presentation to be televised on WAPA America.
Gonzalez (15-0, 11 KOs) will be looking for the World Boxing Organization (WBO) NABO Lightweight Title when facing mexican Cuevas Jr. (14-6, 12 KOs), son of former World Welterweight Champion, Pipino Cuevas.
Also in action, #3 WBO Superbantamweight ranked, Jonathan "Polvo" Oquendo (20-2, 13 KOs), will defend his NABO 122lb title versus a fighter to be announced at 10 round. In the third TV fight, Flyweight sensation Jonathan "Bomba" Gonzalez (2-0, 2 KOs) will fight in a four round bout.
Another five bouts will complete the show. “A Puño Limpio”, will be seen from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on WAPA América to the United States.
