Jose Cotto-Likar Ramos on October 30 in Colombia

In his first fight since the knockout loss to Saul "Canelo" Alvarez in May, Jose Miguel Cotto (31-2, 23KOs) will return to the ring on October 30 in a ten round contest against Likar Ramos (23-3, 17KOs). The contest will be part of the WBO's annual convention at Centro de Convenciones in Cartagena, Colombia. Jose, the older brother of WBA junior middleweight champion Miguel Cotto, will return to the junior welterweight division. For the loss against Alvarez, he moved up by nearly two weight divisions to challenge Canelo at an agreed weight of 150-pounds.
