Jose Alfredo "El Diablito" Zuñiga from Tamaulipas, Mexico, who is carrying out a successful career since he started in boxing in his native Matamoros, received yesterday at the press conference "Los Reyes de Neza", the WBC Continental Americas strawweight championship belt.
Currently ranked at #12 in the WBC, “El Diablito” holds the Latino and Continental Americas titles, and now is looking for his dream.
"These two titles have been my first steps to achieve my dream, every day I work hard in the gym and if God want, in a year or two, I'll be ready for the WBC world championship". Said Jose Alfredo.
Ernesto de Saro, logistics chief of the WBC made the official belt presentation.
