Jorge 'Travieso' Arce (62-7-2, 47KOs) is looking for a major shot in the near future. He says after beating upcoming opponent Silva Aldimar this coming March 8 in Nogales, Sonora - Arce will do everything possible to secure a fight with Jhonny Gonzalez (55-8, 47KOs), the WBC's featherweight world champion. The fight would mark Arce's sixth division run. Gonzalez will also return to action in the month of March in a voluntary defense. If both win, Arce has spoken to Gonzalez's promoter regarding a June fight.

"I'm happy, we are returning with renewed vigor. I retired early after the loss to Donaire, I felt depressed, sad for the loss. I'm a compulsive winner, and I retired early, but I took a break and I realized it was what I needed, to rest my body. I returned to the gym and my body began to ask more and more. I want the sixth crown, after winning on March 8 I want to go with Jhonny. I spoke with Osvaldo Küchle, the promoter of Jhonny [regarding the possibility of June fight once both of us won," Arce said.
