Jorge Arce Stops Fernando Lumacad in Three Rounds

On the Latin Fury 9 undercard at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, former champion Jorge Arce (52-5-1, 40KOs) stopped Filipino fighter Fernando Lumacad (18-2-2, 7 KOs) in the third round after landing a hard right hand. The fight was a WBC super flyweight eliminator.

Arce returns with a good win after he was battered by Vic Darchinyan back in February and many questioned whether the Mexican star should continue with his career.
