Retired British bantamweight Johnny Armour has been sentenced to 16 months in jail for dealing marijuana, according to the Daily Mail Online.
Two others were sentenced to 16 months and 11 months, the report said. Armour lived and trained fighters in Chatham, which is about 30 miles outside of London.
The 48-year-old boxed as a pro from 1990 to 2006, going 31-3 with 17 KOs. He held a domestic title at 118 pounds, suffered his first loss in a fourth-round TKO defeat to Carlos Navarro in 1998, then was beaten again in 2003 and while attempting a comeback in 2005.
