The undercard for the October 17 show at York Hall in the Bethnal Green section of London is beginning to take shape.
Jimmy Sains, 10-0 (9 KOs), will face his stiffest test to date when he meets Troy Coleman, 14-3-1 (6 KOs), in a final eliminator for the English middleweight title. Sains, 24, from the Harold Wood section of London, won the Southern Area title in his last bout on May 17, when he won a unanimous decision over Gideon Onyenani. Coleman, 30, of Burntwood in Staffordshire spoiled the unbeaten record of another boxer, Bradley Goldsmith, in April, stopping him in seven to win the Midlands Area title.
In another domestic meeting, Shannon Ryan, 9-1 (1 KO), and Chloe Watson, 8-1, meet in a battle of once-beaten fighters. Ryan, 28, of Watford, is on a two-fight winning streak since her lone defeat, a split decision to Emma Dolan last year for the vacant British super flyweight title, while Watson, 25, dropped a split decision in her last fight to Jasmina Zapotoczna, losing the European flyweight title in the process.
Also slated for action will be middleweight prospect Emmanuel "Leli" Buttigieg, 9-0 (3 KOs), of the Newham section of London.
The card, which is headlined by the British middleweight title fight between George Liddard, 12-0 (7 KOs), and Kieron Conway, 23-3-1 (7 KOs), will be promoted by Matchroom Boxing and will air live on DAZN.
